| starting Treatment question Nov 7, 2009 hi Mark, Thanks for answering my previous question about my starting treatment. I would also like to know if Avodart would have any interaction with the Truvada, Ritonavir, Darunavir??? I take Avodart for hairloss, i know it hs not been approved for hairloss yet, but it works very well compared to propecia. Also i very rarely i take recreational drugs, maybe once or twice a year, what interaction might e, ketamine, GBL and Mephedrone have on my meds? Any advice would be much appriciated. Kind regards |

Response from Dr. Holodniy
Both avodart and ketamine are metabolized in the liver and the enzyme that breaks these compounds down is inhibited by ritonavir. So....buyer beware. Ritonavir could result in higher or supernormal levels of these compounds. Whether toxicities, effects, or side effects would be increased is unknown. | ||||||||||
