I would like to know Am I suppose to be on medication if my cd4 count is 502 and my viral load is H67?

Probably not, given that CD4 count which is in the normal range. I am unsure whether the viral load you reported is a typo (H67) or the viral load is actually 67 and interpreted as being high (H).
