| Antibodies Oct 18, 2009 A family of five came to my clinic with signs and symptoms suggestive of HIV infection in a west African country. All their sera were negative for HIV 1 and 2 antibodies but all have low CD4 counts for their environment. The father had tuberculosis which responded to anti tuberculous drugs. They keep falling sick but i tell them they do not have HIV.What do you advise me to do? |
