hcv tests results

the doctors office called and wants to talk...said hcv loads were 7500 for the first one and 3.88 for the second it was the office manager calling and didn't know anything but said that is not good....can u explain these readings

Those two numbers are likely the same and represent the copy number (7500) and log copy number (3.88) of the same number. That would be considered a very low HCV viral load, but likely indicates chronic infection.
