hi, i am on ATRIPLA since the 11th of June 2009 my CD4 count was 151, i feel very good, but the only side effect i have is swetting a lot at night after taking the tablette, and after reading the side effects of ATRIPLA am scared that i dont have any, meaning that my body is not responding to the medication, my question is: not having the common side effects means that my body is not responding to the treatment ? i have another question plz i want to have kids and my wife is negative even thou we had unprotected sex for more than 5 months, when do u think is the best time to try to have kids? knowing that my wife is gona be tested 2 months from now to make sure that she is negative for sure(doctor's recommendation).

I would not worry that you are not having side effects. Many patients don't. If you are taking the medicine as prescribed, I am certain it is working for you. Regarding having children, I suggest you consult with a HIV fertility specialist. I would not recommend doing it the natural way by having unprotected sex with your wife.
