| PCR real time Jun 28, 2009 I got aresult of PCR RNA real time ( 40-10000000) undetectable for about 5 times last two years . I made a one last week the result come PCR RT RNA = 36 positive Is it possible to write a result < 40 at lab report . I asked one doctor there they said PCR RT we have is very new kit and can read below 25 copies . Is there such PCR in market and Is my result considered positive or undetectable in this case |

Undetectable by the assay definition. and that is what we use clinically to follow patients. That however, does not necessarily mean undetectable biologically. | |||||||||
