Strands of HIV
May 10, 2009

What are the different strands of HIV? Do they have name? What does it mean when they are more than one? If you have one level wilif (spelling unknown), will it progress to another level? I have been newly diagnosed and I am researching as much as possible but unclear of certain terms and meanings. I have not seen this question addressed as of yet. I would appreciate either a detailed answer or a reference site that can help me understand it more. Thanks for your time.

Response from Dr. Holodniy
