Hep B vaccination on sustiva/truvada Mar 29, 2009 I started sustiva truvada 6 weeks ago with cd4 320, vl 22000. Is it safe to get a hepatitis B vaccine? I'm reading that immunizations increase viral load and I'm aiming at being undetectable in several months. I don't want to risk resistance and treatment failure because of this immunization but my doctor says it's safe and no need to wait until my viral load gets down below 50. |
