VDRL Results

My vdrl results were reactive - 1:64. Can you help me understand these results? Does this mean I definitely contracted syhpilis and do the results indicate what stage of the desease I am in?

A titer or result that high is pretty conclusive of infection. It does not indicate what stage of disease it is.
