is a cd4 of 470 normal

I have been taking my meds for approx 4 yrs now and began taking them when my cd4 count reached 200. In all my subsequent blood work I have only been able to attain a level in the high 400's is this normal, or ok?

Slightly below normal (500-1500), and definitely OK.
