HBV DNA results

Hello, Pls help with my results what dose this mean am ready for medication or still ok? Hbv-DNA detectable,, quantitaive pcr 249 Hep Be-ag Non detectable,, Hep b surface antigen detectable. pls pls help. no good doctors around my area i did this test last month in a city.thank you.

That is a low positive HBV viral load and likely means chronic infection with HBV that is active at a low level. I suggest you consult with a liver specialist.
