MTB PCR negative MTB Ig M positive possible?

Is it possible to get TB positive through ELISA sample type: serum (Tuberculosis IgM Antibody Method : ELISA Value 2.11)(< 1.0 : NEGATIVE > 1.0 : POSITIVE)and Negative In MTB Complex PCR sample type: whole blood.If it is possible what are the reasons.Thank you in advance for your help

Because the ELISA indicates TB exposure and past infection, but does not detect whether one has active disease.
