MY RELATIVE'S HBV quantitative Real Time -PCR RESULT IS 97500 VIRAL COPIES/ML PLASMA.I WANT TO KNOW IS IT NORMAL & WHAT IS RANGE?

That is a relatively low HBV viral load and likely indicates chronic infection. There is no "normal" level. You are either infected or you are not. The range is about 5 copies to 100 million copies.
