Dear Doctor, Can you explain this results I found from my boyfriend?

on 8/22/06 HIV AB FIA + WESTERN BLOT -

on 9/12/06 HIV RNA PCR QUANT + 530,000 COPIES/ML =5.71go

I found those results and I am very confuse since the WESTERN BLOT is Negative

Is he Positive because of the other results?
