during actue hiv infection or serconversion in people that devople symptoms does that means the body have devople hiv antibodies to fight the infection, and if so why does it take 6 months for sum people to test positive when they have symtoms of the virus?

It depends on how much and what kind of virus was transmitted, and what the genetics of a person's underlying immune system is on how quickly you develop the antibodies against HIV.
