Can you please interpret these results? Should I be concerned? Please advise.

Tests: (2) Hep Func Panel (1000545) Total Protein 7.0 g/dL 6.4-8.4 Albumin Lvl 4.8 g/dL 3.5-5.0 Bili Total 0.6 mg/dL 0.2-1.3 Bili Direct 0.2 mg/dL 0.0-0.3 Bili Indirect 0.4 mg/dL 0.0-1.0 Alk Phos 64 U/L 39-117 AST 27 U/L 0-37 ALT 21 U/L 0-40 Globulin 2.2 g/dL 2.0-4.0 A/G Ratio 2.2 -

Tests: (3) Hep B PCR Qn (3000030) ! Hep B PCR Qnt 23000 IU/mL - Reference Interval: Less than 6 HBV DNA IU/ml Analytic Quantitation Range: 6-110,000,000 IU/ml(0.8-8.0 log IU/ml) When no target HBV DNA is detected results will be reported as "HBV DNA not detected." HBV DNA detected below the 6 IU/ml quantitation range will be reported as "HBV DNA detected, less than 6HBV DNA IU/ml". This test was developed and its performance characteristics determined by Memorial Hermann Healthcare System Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory. It has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The FDA has determined that such clearance is not necessary. This test is used for clinical purposes. It should not be regarded as investigational or for research. You have a low HBV viral load level and normal liver enzyme tests. You need to discuss what these results mean with your doctor.
