stanford HIVdb genotype algorithm

Nov 23, 2008

I have been on fuzeon for over 5 years. Very low body weight hardly no subq fat. Have injected every part of body possible. Never been undetectable. VL 301 t-cell 325. TC % 33 a 5% drop over past year. Resistance test indicates resistance to all meds. I entered all my mutations on the mutation list and came up with the following; current meds fuzeon lpv/r(score 86) ftc(score 76) sqv(score 109). Do you think the following meds would work for me; drv/r(score 65) etr(score 15) isentress? I have been on meds since 1995 and listed all mutations in my records since 2000. Thanks much and sorry for such a long post but I need all info possible before discussing with my dr.

Response from Dr. Holodniy

Good for you for plug those numbers in! I think your choice is a good one and would predict that you will get your viral load undetectable with that regimen.

Strange CD4/CD8 change
