Does cd4 count include infected cells as well as healthy ones? What is the life span of a cd4 in a healthy person? Also once a cd4 is infected does hiv continue attacking it and if so does it replicate into another cell just as strong as original cell? Lastly is hiv selective in choosing which cd4 to infect as far as an old sick cell or a new healthy cell if there is such a thing?

Great questions!! Yes, the count includes both infected and uninfected cells. Life span can be a few hours to many months depending on the type of CD4 cells. I am not sure we know the answer to your last two questions. I see no reason why an already infected cell couldn't be infected again.
