On therapy infected with undetectable VL but low CD4 count. Sep 27, 2008 19 y/old female perinatal infected Heavy ARx experience on current HAART that has good adherence and has been with undetectable b-DNA /RNA <75 copies since more than a year but with persistent decreasing CD4 counts . One year ago her VL was <75 copies with 326 cells and on July 2008 remains undetectable VL but with 155 cells. What can we do to stop CD4 going down. Why is this happening? |

 I need more information. What is the current HIV regimen? What other medications, if any, is she taking? What has the WBC, total lymphocyte count, and CD4% done during this time? | ||||||||
