, my roomate was not feelig well, so he went for a check up in the hospital, afeter the test is hiv-pcr was 1470000.0, and hepbs ab was positive..that that means, that he have aids, and hep b?.... i will like to help during this difficult times..thank you

It appears he has HIV infection, and it is unclear by the HBV test performed whether he has or had HBV infection or received the vaccine against HBV. You need a CD4 count to determine if he has AIDS or not.
