Alcohol and lab results Apr 26, 2008 I am on Truvada, Reyataz,and Norvir (on meds for about 2 months) My current CD4 count is 458 and VL is undetectable, and CD4% about 27%. I am a social drinker (about 4 drinks per week max) and am wondering if alcohol will have a negative effect on my future lab results or liver with the meds. Is alcohol ok in moderation on the regimen I am on? Lastly - I salute you for all of the great information you provide to all of us who ask questions on the body.com. You and the other docs bring us comfort. THANK YOU! |
