I am not sure what your question here might be. Your viral load levels are consistent with acute infection, although your absolute CD4 counts are quite low and out of proportion to your much higher CD4%. Your CD8 counts are also low, but the percentages are increased. My guess is that your WBC and total lymphocyte count are quite low, which is consistent with acute HIV infection, and that is what is driving your absolute CD4 count down. | |||||||||
