| TCell and Viral Loads Numbers Sep 8, 2007 I have a viral load of 15,500 and a TCell count of 328--been positive for 4 months. My doc said meds not necessary at this point...what do these numbers mean and will my Tcell count continue to drop without any meds or can they go up? |

I would need a few more points on the line to see where things are going with you. At this point you are on the fence as to whether you need meds. Although your viral load is at a moderate level, you will lose CD4 cells over time without HIV treatment. | |||||||||
