Good day Dr. H. Would the Pcr proviral Dna test pickup hiv-2? Every time I ask about hiv-2, everyone looks at me like I have 10 heads. Just curious. Stay the cool cat that you are.

The currently available PCR test for HIV DNA, will NOT pick up HIV-2 DNA.
