latent period / early symptomatic Apr 7, 2001 Does it go without saying that an infected individual who one or two months after contracting the virus has an extremely low viral load will take SIGNIFICANTLY longer to develop AIDS? Is such a person also very unlikely to suffer any of the possible effects of HIV infection during the latent period, such as swollen nodes, rashes, headaches etc etc? |
