new regimen?
Dec 2, 2006

pt started on AZT/3TC/ATV but he develop lactic acidosis and hyperbilirubiemia what is the best regimen to change???

Response from Dr. Holodniy

I would be hesitant to recommend a regimen based on the limited information provided. Other important info would include prior HIV drugs if any, resistance test results if available, other non-HIV meds you might be taking, and CD4 count and viral load history.
