You don't indicate whether your are currently receiving HIV treatment and what your CD4 count is. In most people with your viral load numbers, this would be considered a blip in the test and most likely the result of assay variability and therefore nothing to worry about. Usually we get more concerned if the viral load was < 50 and is now > 500-1000 on at least 2 consecutive tests. | |||||||||
