| CD4 percentage May 20, 2006 I am recently diagnosed with HIV, and my most recent labs show a CD4 count of 367 (18%), with viral load of 65,000. My past tests were 348 (17%) with viral load 64,000, and earlier 314 (22%) with viral load 77,000. I have not started meds yet, as I am almost fully recovered from hep B, but I wanted to know what you thought of these lab result progressions and how much of a candidate I am to start therapy as soon as my liver is healed 100%. The percentages worry me. Thanks! |

The numbers are all remarkably consistent over time. I would be inclined to recommend treatment given your numbers. | |||||||||
