Apr 23, 2006

my husbands doctor adviced him to shift to interferon from hepsera because it is good for him to treat w/ interferon than hepsera to easily minimize his high vl (110 million). you've said that hepsera is less side effects than interferon and dont know the future outcome... im so worried.... is it dangerous? thanks a lot!

Response from Dr. Holodniy

No it is not dangerous and very well tolerated at the doses given.
