CD4 and CD8
Oct 17, 2005

Good day sir. i collected 3 samples and ran CD4 and CD8 on day one. 18 hrs after i ran the samples again, what i realised was that the CD4 and CD8 results were not consistent ie to say sample 1 results were higher yesterday and lower today while sample 2 or 3 samples were lower yesterday and higher today. The question might sound stupid to you but will be please to hear from you. bye

terence -cameroon.

Response from Dr. Holodniy

I am not sure what your question is. If you are asking whether you can get differenct values running the same sample several times over the course of a day or two, the answer is yes. You don't actually indicate what the degree of variation is, as the assays (depending on how they are done) all have some variation to them.
