It is very likely that you are still experiencing symptoms because of acute infection. Although some experts recommend starting HIV treatment during this period, this is best done in a clinical trial. We do not know yet whether starting treatment very early in infection affects long term outcome. You will know within a few months how well your immune system is coping with the infection.
