IM SORRY FOR NOT INDICATING WHAT MY VIRAL LOAD WAS IT WAS 39,000 AND NOW ITS <400 I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT <400 REALLY MEANS WHAT IS MY VIRAL LOAD NOW THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS SITE IT HAS HELPED ALOT.

<400 indicates that the viral load is below the level of detection of that particular assay, which would be 400 copies. A newer assay has a detection limit of 50 copies/ml.
