Seronegative or positive
May 1, 2003

Dr H,

It's stuff like this that freaks people out...

http://www.vh.org/adult/provider/familymedicine/FPHandbook/Chapter11/04-11.html

Can you please comment on this as it says that some poeple can remain HIV seronegative for up to 36 months!?

Regards,

Kevin

Response from Dr. Holodniy

I can't comment, because there are no peer-reviewed publications as references for the statements made, nor are the statements consistent with current CDC guidelines.
