| CD8/CD4 ratio Nov 24, 2002 Dear doc. A person with CD4 of 610 32 stable in a year monitoring, VL of 22000 and CD8/CD4 ratio 0 has a severe compromised immunity? + from 3 Years, what is his future. What need to be done at this point. Best regards. Nancy |

Usually the ratio is expressed as CD4/CD8, not CD8/CD4. In looking at your CD4 count/percentage and viral load, I think things look very good. I would not recommend treatment at this point, but just follow your numbers closely. | |||||||||
