orasure drug screens Oct 11, 2002 i am on methadone maint,and hiv + my meds are sustiva,viracept,epivir,remeron and prilosec i have not taken anything else but methadone and my oral drug screens keep showing up with cocaine,barbs,opiats,and thc i am running into problems at the clinic each time this happens,any suggestions asto why this happens i am also hepc + |

 The only interaction I am aware of, is that sustiva can cause a false positive urine tox/drug screen for THC in some patients. Everything else you are taking other than methadone (opiates) should not turn the other drug classes positive. | ||||||||
