New Ribaviran??

Sorry to post again so soon, but i meant to ask you about something i'd seen at another site. Something about a new version of Ribavirin coming out. Do you know any thing about it and is it better tollerated?...thanks, robert

There is a compound called VX 497 that is a similar chemical entity to ribavirin. So far it seems not to cause the anemia that ribavirin does but there is no data on it's activity against hepatitis C. That is still a few years off. DTD
