In 12.98 I measured lymph. CD4 was 1210/59% , CD8 490/24 %. Now after two years the result is CD4 550/33% , CD8 480/29%. You said that per year infected person lose about 50 to 60 of CD4 lymph. Does my result mean that in a year I lose all my lymphocytes? Thank you .

I assume you are HIV positive. It is not clear from your question whether your status was + or - in 12/98 and what your current viral loads are, or whether you are receiving treatment. The answer to your question is no.
