| virus eradication Jan 13, 2002 putting all efforts into a vaccine is not a good strategy. we have a vaccine - abstinence! funding should go toward eradicating the hiv virus from the host. we may develop a vaccine for hiv now, but what about 20 years from now when a new, more potent, deadly strand or virus is discovered that is spread by casual contact? are we going to continue to jeopardize the human race? Eradication of viruses is the only promise. |
