i have had hiv about 6 years my cd 4 was 8 vl 724000 i never miss meds but cd4 is 186 and i have hep c why won't my cd 4 go up

I assume your HIV viral load is now undetectable on HIV meds. Given how low your CD4 count was when you started HIV treatment it is somewhat understandable why your CD4 count has increased further. The lower your CD4 count is when you start the longer it takes to increase and will likely never get to the normal range (500-1500). Also, the average increase in CD4 count is about 100-150 after starting treatment, so you are also in that range of increase.
