What is normal CD3,CD4,CD8

What is CD3? I can't find any information on line about CD3, only CD4 and CD8. When people talk about T-Cell count are they talking about CD3 or CD4? For a healthy non-infected HIV person what would the average absolute numbers be for these. What would the percentile numbers be.

CD3 is a T cell marker, to distinguish a T lymphocyte cell from a B lymphocyte cell. Usually the cells are doubly stained with CD3CD4 or CD3CD8 to differentiate and count the T cell subsets. A normal CD4 count is about 500-1500 and the percentage about 35-50%
