Thanks for your quick response. So you disagree with the swiss study that an undetectable viral load without other infections puts the risk of infection to a negligible point? There's very much confusion because many doctors here in Europe are supporting the statement and are happy that such a study was made not only for the possibility to conceive but also for issues reguarding stigma and criminalization. There's also an ongoing study for treatment as prevention. I guess that at least in theory a proof of concept exists otherwise why starting such a trial?

With all due respect to my European colleagues, negligible is not zero. I am also for randomized controlled studies to answer these kinds of questions.
