want kids

I am a male living with HIV.. i found out a year ago and my CD4 count is way up from when i started.. and my load is undetectable now.. thank God.. but i want to have kids and was wondering if this is a chance of doing.. if so please let me know how. thank you

Yes. People have successfully had uninfected children using sperm washing.
