I am currently on truvada, reyataz, and norvir. When I take the medicine and go to sleep at night I feel as though I am burning from the inside out? Is this due to the mediciation. Also, I tend to only eat one meal a day and seem to have gained a lot of weight in the stomach. I use to be a size 32 and now I am a size 38. I have only been on this regimen for a year. Should I asked my doctor to switch to a different regimen?

Doesn't sound like med side effects I am aware of with that regimen. You might try taking it in the morning. Eating once a day is also not healthy and could be contributing to these symptoms.
