Rapporto occasionale con sieropositivo Feb 17, 2013 Salve Dottor Steven, ho avuto un rapporto occasionale con una persona che si è poi rivelata sieropositiva. Il rapporto è stato anale protetto con preservativo e sesso orale attivo e passivo senza eiaculazione. Ho fatto 5 test di quarta generazione (ELFA+P24) a distanza di 20, 30, 40, 70 e 94 giorni. Le linee guida italiane dell'ISS parlano di test definitivo a 90 giorni. Posso stare tranquillo e chiudere definitivamente la questione? Grazie |

 Puoi stare assolutamente tranquillo. Avresti potuto chiudere definitivamente la questione anche prima di fare qualsiasi test perché in effetti non c'era un rapporto significativamente rischioso. Continua a praticare sesso sicuro e tutto andrà bene. Buona fortuna. Un abbraccio. Dr. Steve |
