Affidabilità test HIV-2 Oct 14, 2012 Salve, devo eseguire dei test per l'HIV-1/2. Ho letto che a 30 giorni un test HIV-1/2 di IV generazione è già affidabile per l'HIV-1 (95-97% di probabilità). Volevo sapere, per HIV-1 di sottotipi rari e soprattutto per l'HIV-2, quanto sia indicativo un test a 30 giorni. Cordiali saluti. |

 Buon giorno, La verità è che la maggioranza della gente (ma non tutti) che si contagia con l'HIV diventa sieropositiva tra le quattro e le sei settimane dopo. Dunque un risultato negativo a 30 giorni è incoraggiante ma non conclusivo. Per ottenere il secondo è necessario che faccia di nuovo un test dopo 3 mese. Questa informazione è di pertinenze di tutti i sottotipi che rileva il test per l'HIV-1/2. Buona fortuna e un abbraccio forte. Dr. Steve |
