 Che sia una estremamente cattiva idea. La monoterapia ha dimostrato di essere inefficace e, in realtà, pericolosa, perché aumenta la probabilità che il virus acquisisca resistenza non solo al Kaletra ma anche agli altri membri della stessa classe di antiretrovirali, in altre parole gli inibitori della protesa. Ti propongo di smettere di vedere questo medico. Prima di tutto hai bisogno di un medico specializzato in HIV che sa che tre o più antiretrovirali effettivi sono necessari per formulare un regime effettivo e duraturo.
