Does thrush usually effect people in the earlier stages of HIV or only in people with AIDS.

Response from Dr. Feinberg

Thrush does not usually ocur until the CD4 cell count is below approximately 350 cells, which would be considered 'moderate' or 'mid-stgae' HIV disease, but is not AIDS.
