Is the bell's an opportunistic virus related to his weakened immune sysytem? he has the normal facial paralysis as well as blistering and blotchiness on the right side of his face |

Bell's palsy isn't limited to people with HIV; it can happen to people with normal immune systems also, and isn't considered a typical opportuniistic infection. |
