Combivir
Dec 20, 1999

If at all possible I am looking for any information on how Zidovudine and Lamivudine work. I need to find the major chemical aspects of these drugs and detailed information on how they work.

Thanking you in advance

Amber

Response from Dr. Feinberg

Initial information about these drugs can be found in the Physician's Desk Reference, known as the PDR. You can also contact the manufacturer, Glaxo Wellcome, which should have an 800 number for people seeking information.
