		liver and spleen Jul 5, 2001 I am poz from 2 years and not in med. No any kind of hepatitis. Can Hiv alone destroy my liver and splee? Since, i have been having pain from last one month in my live and spleen. Thanks


		Response from Dr. Feinberg HIV by itself will not "destroy" your liver and spleen, but diseases associated with HIV can involve these organs. I recommend that you see a doctor.
